For those of you interested what impact has EIDSYs investment in Naked Records to their overall business, I'll post their statement in the annual report for the financial year 96/97:
"On 30 August 1996 Eidos aquired 85 % of the capital of Naked Records Ltd. 30,850 shares in Eidos were allotted in consideration for the aquisition at total fair value of GBP 253,000. The book and fair value of the net liabilities of Naked Records at aquisition were GBP 21,000 giving a total goodwill on aquisition of GBP 274,000. The goodwill has been written of directly to the goodwill write of reserve. Naked Records made a loss before taxation of GBP 72,000 for the last year ended 30 June 1995 and a loss of GBP 126,000 in the period from 1 July 1995 to 30 August 1996, the date of aquisition."

This was not such a good investment I suppose. Good thing they got rid of it.
