Gary - I'd appreciate your analysis re: whether or not the 3:2 split will reduce the P price by 33%. I know each P will still be equivalent to 35 commons but realizing that value would require conversion. In the mean time the P price would have to regain it's ground. Thanks.

Clarification,the original dividend would have given you 500 shares if you were holding 1000 shares .Now with a 3/2 split if you hold 1000 shares you would receive 666 shares,right or wrong ?
