Good Day! Denise, It looks like our little railroad may be getting some very positive spin-offs from all the anticipation and speculation surrounding the Conrail Merger hearings! As always I'm still speculating that the pending lawsuit that NYRR is addressing with Conrail will have to surface at some point! I wonder how comfortable Conrail and it's potential new partners feel about having this litigation/lawsuit hanging over their heads if, as and when the merger is approved! From my perspective I can't imagine that CSX and Norfolk-Southern would relish the idea of starting day one after a merger with a pending lawsuit brought into the fold! My guess is that June is going to be a very exciting month for NYRR and it's shareholders! Just my own opinion of course! Let the hearings begin! Best Regards, Wayne J.
