Do you mean the Management is doing us (the Shareholders) a favor to keep the share price below $3.5, so both FB and Osicom will get what they want, and the shareholders will also be beneficial because Osicom is a better position with another 3 days of toilet pricing?

In other words, CC is helping Par to accomplish his mission? What kind of funny logic, I cannot comprehend any bit of it.

That would explain Gorman's being cautiously optimistic on the conference call. Since when has Osicom ever been cautiously optimistic. I agree with you in that we should not expect any good news this week.

The only problem with your scenario is the $15 price in three months time. I would be happy with $8. Whatever happened to the $284 estimate that was floating around last year <ggg>
