George, I agree with what you're saying. I know I had rose-colored glasses on when I made that last post. But, I still have that one question, why did the DSMB recommend another look in September? If memory serves me right, the trial was originally designed for 2 years/200 patients with 2 DSMB interim looks at the 1/3 point (8 months/65 patients) and at the 2/3 point (16 months/130 patients). Why did they decide to add an additional look at the 5/6 point? I know none us is a DSMB member, so I'm asking you and Bob and the others to speculate a little. Ed.
