Not only new fabs! The SDS is also a retrofit business and with the recent announcement is perhaps even more important. And while the chips may be down they are not out--! As Mort Sahl used to say, "the future lies ahead" and IMHO the information age is about where the auto industry was in the twenties and we have a long way to go.
