Thanks, Kurt and others. As I said, this was just my personal manuscript, but I am encouraged that others endorse it. Feel free to add anything you like. I agree that it helps having deep pockets... a little bit of nuclear fuel never hurts :-) Mr. D is our secret weapon shhhh... However, Mr. D is just a brave and far-sighted pioneer who got in on the ground floor of an exciting new grass-roots movement. As we grow, other deep pockets will follow, because success breeds success.
