IMHO a class action is stupid. First off, a simple decline in the stock price is not a basis for one. Secondly, I have not seen any statements of the company which would justify one (In other words, I don't see there is any reasonable basis for bringing one). Third, such class actions generally benefit lawyers with little benefit to the class. Fourth, this would be particularly true here where the market cap of the company is well under 10 mill. Fifth, a class action would drain the company's already limited financial and management resources. Sixth, it is a really stupid idea. If there is hope for making money on this company it is in its exploration and production this summer.
