Jayne,

I really hope you can get a meeting together. I'm assuming it would be in texas or florida.

It's going to be extremely difficult for me to go since i'm in
massachusetts, I'm not a major shareholder and the trip would cost more then the value of my shares. But, to meet all the cast of characters...that would be worth the cost.

Now if it was in vegas, that's a different story.

jeff.

Hey Joe:

Let's deal with some more specifics OK?

Isn't it a fact that Select Switch has been shipping around $100,000.00 a month to Airstar and hasn't got a clue as to what you guys at AIRSTAR/FIG/IWIC ever did with the damn money?

You say you got $30,000.00 [you understand this includes FIG/IWIC] so what the HELL happened to the other $70,000.00?

Is it any wonder Select Switch wants to a dump AIRSTAR as fast it can? Dennis Casey wants to get rid of the dead weight of Airstar/FIG/IWIC and the crappy lawsuits the company is in as fast as he can.

So, give us some specific reasons why Dennis should want to merge Select Switch with Airstar...or have anything to do with it at all?

Wes
