To All: I'm new to this stock (I follow Malcolm around the market, or he follows me and just runs a little faster). Can anybody tell me what that little seismic spike back in mid-May was all about? Reality? Rumor? it was so off-the-wall as I look at the long-term chart....

Were you able to do this for LGOV? I tried using Waterhouse's PC product to buy LGOV and could not. I had to call a Waterhouse broker directly and was charged $45(flat rate) for the trade. When I asked why I could not use the PC product, they told me all pink sheets trades had to go through the brokers directly.
