Kalpesh,
I'm little bit late to answer your post #4801. By this time you and Benny answered all your questions.

so it should be trading at $40-45(more aggrasive) in July of 99.

I expect it to be the support level, which is not too bad considering it is now at $21-22 level.
Just my 2c

I think that is what Bob Gintel was talking about....

CheckFree was to have lost 33 cents over the last 5 quarters. When they actually lost only 25 cents. 8 cents don't sound like much unless you look at the percentage variance of 32%. I still don't think Pete was calling a number 32 cents without some kind of margin for error.....like 30 or 40 percent.

So I think the 32 cents was the worst case senerio...with numbers above 40 cents as an in house corporate target.

I my thinking they could have beaten the breakeven by 2 cents, or $57,000 in profit last Quarter..if they wanted too...but I think they opted to hit the target and increase spending on Genesis. To get it out of the way prior to taking over Herndon, VA from Integrion...and the convergence work need to be done with Gold & OFX.

I think in the 1998 1999 year they will hit the 40 + cent level.

And the Buck...I say they are conservative on that number by the same 30 to 40 %...so I'd look for a $1.30 to $1.40 in 2000.

So my price target would be $52 to $63 from 7/1/99 to 6/30/2000.
