Some of the options that have been exercised since the first of the year are: 295k plata options @ .12 300k plata options @ .14 583k dct options @ .20 There are a lot of other options that have been exercised but I believe they were all exercised pryor to Jan. 1 1998. Dr. Hirschman is counting on at least 25% of the outstanding options to be exercised. It appears that he has a long way to go. The price per share will have to come up before most of those shares are exercised. It looks like there is enough money in the kitty to keep things going at present levels for another three to four months. I expect BIG things to happen in that time frame. Dan
