For whatever it is worth; several 30k trades took place in the last hour of trading; a total of 140k in blocks moved quickly and did not bump the bid up; I rarely try to interpret these kinds of trades because they often are meaningless. I would, however, be concerned if these are trades by TDFX personnel. I would sell if TDFX insiders feel their stock is fairly valued here.

I intend to wait for the current quarter's numbers; if TDFX reports as expected, I will hold and let TDFX run its course. This company is overly cautious in terms of its public comments. Read the annual report, it is as grim a document as I have read. It goes beyond the pale in reporting potential problems. This caution is no doubt driven by Lerch inspired law suits, but it does free insiders to sell at any price and say the public was forewarned that the price might be unstable.
