David,

I was discussing with JRW the probability that ACRT would remain in a trading range for at least a month and we came to the conclusion that trading in the range was likely to be the best way to approach it by buying in the mid 12's if it gets that low and selling in the high 13's to 15. As it slowly trends up, the buys would come at higher prices as would the sells. Most of the weakness here is due to overall market weakness.
