News just out.

Gov't Gets 'F' For 2000 Fix

WASHINGTON (AP) - A House panel today gave the federal government an ''F'' grade for its efforts to resolve the Year 2000 computer problem. The House Government Reform and Oversight subcommittee on technology cautioned against panic but urged President Clinton to declare fixing the glitch a national priority. Experts have warned for years that many computers originally programmed to recognize only the last two digits of a year will fail on Jan. 1, 2000, when machines will assume it is 1900. Many computers have embedded microchips that must be physically replaced.

Ram, I am a momentum player and an investor. I also like to bottom fish. It is ironic that folks like to buy when stocks are high and sell high. Best time to buy good stocks is when they are beaten down with news which has nothing to do with fundamentals. I see SEEC,IMRS,and CMND in this category. I can not emphasize enough about the underlying value in these 3 stocks.
