James P.; I think you have discovered the problem. I don't think the lights are on in PairGain's building today. I don't see any cars in the parking lot either. SOMETHING MUST BE UP.

Somebody better explain why we have a 9 point drop in the price today. It is 9 points right? I mean, 9 points, that's something to panic about isn't it? Book value is $4; it's going to $4 dollars; I can feel it.
