A drop of 13% on big volume and block trades typically does mean something unless the market is really going down the tubes (which is not the case today).

I don't know the percentages, but XCIT, or Excite, is had a $5 down yesterday and a $5 up today. So this choppie, fearful market can create quick damage, and recovery. At least I hope so for any longs here.

I am still studying to see if this presents an opportunity.....
