Time to dissect the news a bit: "According to Infocall CEO Tom Richfield, for every ten IBM contractors on 12-month assignments, Infocall can produce approximately $1 million in annual revenue. With an unrestricted number of openings in the IBM contract available to fill, Richfield sees unlimited opportunity for generating substantial revenues from the IBM relationship. "

OK, here is why Richfield says this.

10 employees = 1M in annual revenues
100 employees = 10M in annual revenues
1000 employees = 100M in annual revenues

Now, how many is reasonable? Well, Tom said there are an "unrestricted number of openings." Why does he say that? Well, to begin with, IBM employs 270,000 people! So even 1000 is only less than one half of one percent of the IBM workforce! So maybe we up that to 10,000 employees that might be provided, which is only 4% of the workforce, and we are at 1B in annual revs. But let's not assume anything that high, let's go back to 1000 employees, for 100M in annal revs. And that does not even include the State Departement contract, of the other contracts that are coming.

So where is this company headed? If you look at a company like SOS Staffing (SOSS), which is a 250M company, with a float of 9M shares, they have a stock price of $20, on a 25 p/e ratio. Now consider our small float, which we control, the likelihood of a quick nasdaq listing, which will almost certainly mean a split to increase the float, and you do the math... :-)
