In order to meet the immediate demand for the product, Zitec has placed an initial order with Cashco for 40,000 units @ $25.50 per unit. The product, Cashco's Y2K software, 11th Hour is to be delivered over a 90 day period, as required by Zitec.

The Zitec website, currently under construction, has regretfully been delayed but will be accessible within 24 hours. On-line customers will be able to purchase the 11th Hour software for individual personal use at a cost of $39.95 per unit. Domain address, when operational, will be www.zitec.com.

I associated the 40,000 with the retail market mentioned in the next paragraph, partly because the pricing made sense to me in that context, 25.50 wholesale, 39.95 retail. Also, because of the "as required by Zitec" as opposed to as required by IntellAgent.

I ran into 'single use' licensing with a product I bought on behalf of my employer last year. 'Single use' probably isn't the right term to use, but I can't think of a better term right now.
