To all: Received information from Leah Saturday. Leah has been a Colorado corporation since August 15 1995 with offices in Ann Arbor Michigan and Toronto Canada.
The financial information they sent me was all unaudited but it looked good. The CEO had a financial consulting firm in the mid eighties and specialized in finding venture capital for industrial firms before working full time at Leah. So the financial information I got should be in order.
All the officers are experienced in what they do which is more than other bulletin board stocks I have investigated.
They have applied for Amex listing and meet all requirements but didn't give the date applied or how long it takes to get listed.

It seems to me that Leah will not be a bulletin board stock for long.
Much of this information came from an INFORMATION STATEMENT filed 12-17-1997 and requited to conform with the provisions fo subparagraph (a)(5) of Rule 15c2-11 promulgated by the SEC. I have not found out what this is yet.
Shares outstanding is 9 million plus 2 million warrants exercisable at $3 per share until 12-31-1998.
