They would not split ON a nasdaq listing. I am assuming that they would let the price run up and then split. If it were me running the company, with a small float and nasdaq I would let it run to 20 or 30 then do a 2 to 1 or 3 to 1 split, then let it run again. Not basing this on any info, or anything other than it makes business sense to me as a way of increasing the float while rewarding long term holders.
