Spy, you make a points worth consideration. I did not ever buy warrants only common and preferred. I have not sold a single share of common to buy the "P" with either. But, I am sure you are right many perhaps have done so.

<If> this is the case and most warrants are not being converted but sold, is it correct to say they go back to the company and in the end become worthless and a moot point?
