What does this mean?>>

Two things:

1. This was the qoute from Mr. Holland, although, not in exact wording.

2. My interpertation of the meaning is that this bodes postive for Dell. It's cheaper to do business in Asia, or to have the majority of your cost structure in that region. Your dealing with a collapsed economy and a strong Dollar with bigger purchaseing power. Nonetheless, if sales are "strong" (according to company insiders,) and your cost structure, or 65% of it, is coming down, you can now draw your own conclusion.
