Also on waterhouse. If you want a very large block say 50 or 100K they will negotiate the fee. Call them, ask for a broker supervisor, tell them you want 50K but don't want to pay the penny a share i.e. $500. and would like to execute it for a simple fee and they will negotiate it rather ran receiving 10, 5k requests. Try it. I have heard others say they do it frequently. I have done it once but make sure you tell them you have ebroker so that you get it for the reduced negotiated fee. Kevin
