Tom,

My experience tells me things are slowing down in everything but SCM (which is heating up). Of course this is a tough call, because when I say slowing down I mean there are less *new installations* of ERP software, and that is certainly true vs. the torrid pace we saw a few yrs ago. That does not mean revenue growth will slow down for Psft, however, because now they have a huge installed base and there are upgrades, maintenance etc. The SCM world reminds me a lot of ERP 5 years ago - totally crazy.

The unknown to me are the front office apps. Are these slowing down? I don't know - Im not even sure what the value proposition is there. Front office is certainly less $$ than the SCM stuff in terms of total cost of implementation.
