tony, imo, it's the volume not the MM's. if you look at the intraday chart, the price slides whenever the volume slacks off. when the volume picks up so does the price. so the BOP seems to be working. the price slid early in the day as no new buyers were ready to buy before the news. the relatively few that wanted to sell had to give it away. when the volume picked up dramatically, the price went from 13 to over 14. then the volume slacked off again and the price slid back. fwiw.
