Keep thy heart with all diligence, for out of it are the issues of life, put away from thee a froward tongue and perverse lips put far from thee. Sam, I put music to the above scripture that you quoted part of---many years ago---a very appropriate scripture. A) Keep thy heart Not somebody else's heart, not your spouses---but YOURS B) With all diligence How are we to keep our heart? Sloppily, carelessly, let bitterness creep in? NO. DILLIGENTLY - THE KEY: When we let bitterness come in, our character changes & the enemy of our soul creates within us a new center from which we live & move and have our being. Note: I have seen bitterness wreck Seminary Teachers until they gradually changed the whole direction of the statement of purpose and direction of the school. Bitterness comes from not keeping our heart with all diligence, for out of it flows the issues of life . That's why I asked you what happened to you in your 40's. Your answer reveals that you allowed yourself to be taken over by a false Christ, the enemy of your soul. Old man Sam Tell Satan to scram Get off your back His attack Has made your life a sham The Godly heritage of "raising up a child in the way he should go and when he is old, he will not depart from it." Your parents provided the gospel message for you. Time to come home, Sam. Old Man BarneyBeloved, believe not every spirit, but test the spirits to see if they be of God. Every spirit that confesses that Jesus Christ has come in the flesh is of God; and every spirit that confesses that he did not come in the flesh is not of God. Sam, the above is pretty clear.
