The other important thing to remember, however, is that PSFT did have a foot in the IT door already with its HR products, which didn't hurt! One key difference between ITWO and MANU, to date, has been industry focus...MANU seemed to be going after more of the CPG-oriented companies and ITWO seems to be big with the high-tech outfits (electronics and semi and the like)... Sometimes you'll see a couple "mini markets" form within a larger market, as we've seen with ERP (there are at least three segments of the ERP market, probably more, depending on industry/application and company size). I expect to see the same thing play out in SCM, with niches forming and specialists dominating each of these niches, with one or two companies owning the lions share in each segment...
