I just talked with ICC, Chris. They will be putting out something after they analyze it. ICC said the company (PKGP) believes they can pull it off. Bob

Nothing mentioned on July lst name change or warrants. More than likely due to only being announced in last 30 days and no reason to have it in this report. This should confirm to those who were nervous about potential bankruptcy that this does not appear to be the direction whatsoever. Some of the events of July lst now would seem most interesting. Hopefully we will hear something from ICC soon. I believe the potential is still their IMO. I remain very interested in the July 1st date and looking forward to see just what happens.
