Not sure there is an indicator that could accurately catch such market action--very choppy and really narrow range, for the most part, today. My sense is that the market is getting ready to do something significant -- one direction or the other. Given that most indices are oversold, I suspect that it will be to the upside. I will day trade the break-out, if it occurs, on the long side. There is really no momentum that seems to come in -- on the upside or the downside for that matter. Classic struggle between the bulls and the bears.

EDIT: So much for my prediction about a breakout on the upside--no sooner did I click on the "submit" button, the market began to sell off:)
