The point I am making is that Convergys will have some debt when it is spun off. On the hand its still uncertain how much of the equity proceeds from the IPO will go to Convergys. Perhaps, CSN has already made this fact known, but I have not seen any info on it. Can you help me out?

We know Convergys will get 2 businesses:Matrixx Marketing and CBIS. The mgmt, the physical plant, the leases, the sales, the payables will all go to Convergys. My question is,"How much cash generated by the 2 businesses will go to Convergys"?

In trying to get a handle on the new Convergys or any company, the amount of cash in the bank is a most important fact.
