I know some about Veronex (VXTK) having followed the company for some time. Their software solution although proprietary is very efficient at re-engineering legacy software.

Many Y2K solution providers are finding out how difficult it is to fix software with mangled and lost source code and Veronex has one if not the best solution for these difficult problems.

I'm assuming Agiss checked out Veronex's I|NOVA system and saw the value and necessity if they want to get and fulfill their contracts for Y2K.

Because of the announcement I purchased some AGCR today. Here's hoping for all of us it does well.

Richard

please call Michael and ask..I seem to not be asking the right questions.
Michael appears to be quite uptodate on everything that is going on
with other technologies for year2000 and everytime I have mentioned
something lately,he appears to be right on top of it and more than often discredits it..
I don't want to bother him anymore and waste his time
..and will just be patiently awaiting some contract announcements
..he is too much of a professional to tell me any hype or any information that isn't for public release..
received an email that tpii was going to have a teleconference tomorrow and I might listen..
I am no longer long tpii but I am curious to hear Bemer's comments..
I am still long agcr but underwater but I chose to invest in this
company because of management and its contacts with Canadian government..

(I have my own speculation for why two companies..but will keep it to
myself and see if I am wrong which I probably am and it is nothing
negative of csgi!!!)
