knight, I disagree. From Robert's post: <<The gentleman I spoke to said that there are no outstanding disclosure issues so the company should end up with listed quotation regardless of the outcome of the NASDAQ appeal>> IPM just has to withdraw it's appeal if electronic trading is that important. Naxos traded on the BB non electronic for a long time, even went to $10. Can't wait for IPM to see that again. <VBG>
