Best of luck to you Rob! I've recently evaluated buying into shells that are rumored to have a bonafide reverse merger candidate, but it always comes back to evaluating the PRIVATE company going in. I think I am going to stick with finding good private companies that are going public by a reverse merger. That way I know exactly what I'm getting myself into and can take advantage of a very REAL (and readily identifiable)increase in value because of the differential between a public and private valuation.
