Dennis,

<<I know nothing about PAIR, but RDRT is trading at Book Value right now. >>

After reading your message I went to RDRT thread here on SI and found following numbers:

Last 4 Q Reported Sales: 310.2 318.2 261.4 187.1
Last 4 Q Reported profits: 31.2 30.5 -90.9 -62.2

In just 2 Q RDRT lost $ 150 mils and might continue to loose money. So the book value of RDRT is definetly going down.

PAIR so far is completely different case. Though their grouth is considerably slowed down they did not report any losses so far. The analysts, I suspect, downgrade them because their HDSL technology is under competitive pressure from upcomming ADSL (presumably less expensive) technology. It seems PAIR's ADSL efforts so far did not gain much recognition.
