Hey I do not know until the 10K & 10 Q and shareholder call comes out. This is fully reporting and they have to comply. Regardless of what the insiders do (John & Dan) they personally have only restricted and SEC rule 144 applies. If they sell their shares to private folks then SEC 144 applies to non insiders so it is not a problem.

The rest is not a problem just the course of a start up compnay in its infancy.
