<<Round 3 of the Asian melt-down (we're in the 2nd
round now) could potentially crash our markets.>>

Right, but the ultimate effect depends upon what you own and in what proportions you have risk tolerance. Earnings will not be equally effected across all cos (suggest you consider metals, natural resource cos, REITS, Utilities, Bonds). Rates will be held down and maybe further lowered. The rate effect is good news!!!

Lower rates are good for small stox and biotechs (and big caps). I believe Triby will hold its own in here due to its diversified prod line, multinational marketing, and increasing demand for cost effective healthcare worldwide, etc.... Cost of mfr should come down as further market penetration occurs. Triby is a keeper and by my scorecard will do well into the future.

<<Y2K problems>>

I am not worried, yet!

<<Actually, I would be very happy to see the market close here in a few years, but for very different
reasons.>>

Sometimes its the thought that counts. I factored in Asia and earnings in my comment. Still holds true.
