Your comments are shared by everyone today, but in the real world you are not being fair. It is safe to assume that this trip and CCSI's presence at the show was set up a long time ago. There are a number of meetings like this all over the world at this time of the year , and if CCSI were to miss this window of opportunity it would be a serious mistake for the launching of our product.

You can be sure of two things. They would not be going if it were not in the best interests of the shareholders, and she has stated that the deal is going to get done. She knows what she has to do, and she will do what is in the best interests of her shareholders, and any of the people on this board who know her, will attest to that fact.

As this board is probably read by our friends the shorts, I would like to take this opportunity to congratulate them on achieving one of their goals, and that is to get the longs to throw in the sponge. Every call I received today had the same message as you have verbalized. This is what the shorts need and want.

I assume most people on the board are over 21, and therefore are above the age of reason, what surprises me is they are not using it at this point in time. I ain't in CCSI for the deal, it is a stepping stone, and if you can't stand the heat, get out of the kitchen. l am really flabbergasted at people's reaction to what should be a super announcement.

I hope a lot of people will sell tomorrow. I will buy their shares.

Everyone who is frustrated here should read "The fifth discipline" by Peter M. Senge. A great book. If you read it you would know you are a victime of your emotions. You lost your personal vision out of sight. You can't stand your stress (caused by impatience) and therefore, gave up your vision.

I have a personal vision: ccsi will become a big medical company in the years to come and will make me rich. I am frustrated too and want the deal. BUT NEVER WOULD I LET MY EMOTIONS DICTATE MY DECISIONS.

The story is intact and getting better everyday (even today, we are going to China, a tremendous market).

The only problem here is impatience. If you sell now, you will regret it your whole life.

Manfred

Shorts and MM's synergize fear and
greed with relentless market manipulation to induce the weak-willed and the over-extended into
disappointment and capitulation. Then they slide in, gobble up YOUR SHARES at bargain prices,
press the reset button and have another go. That's the way it works. It's a fact.

It's also a fact the CCSI substantive story has never been better. Yes, the dist. deal has taken
longer than most, myself included, thought it would. but the reality is that complicated multi layer
negotiations with major player third parties can easily take longer than anticipated. I practiced law
for more than 30 years and saw this kind of thing happen all too often. The point is, no one has
walked away from the table here, and it is my understanding that we are presently very close to an
extremely positive conclusion. Whether that's 1, 2 or 3 weeks hence, I don't know. In the interim,
I may even have to cover some margin, but I'll not sell a single share I don't absolutely have to--
because I've done my DD and firmly believe that the near, intermediate and long-term CCSI future
is GOLDEN! (And that means far beyond the definable benefits to inure just from the imminent
deals).

The anti-CCSI crews that have for months slavishly attacked the company, Darby personally, other
posters, etc., etc., often in most despicable terms, have never, IMO, had anything truly
CREDIBLE to say. Their consistent BS propaganda SPIN, employment of false, misleading and
deceitful info, complicity in the Avalon scam-- to my mind it totally discredits them. Think about
it-- someone who has got the goods doesn't have to rely on trickery and misinformation. The
shorts only potential alibi is SPRX, a company with troubled finances, dropping stock, an inferior
product, no FDA approval even applied for (let alone granted) - plus extremely dubious corporate
loan machinations.

As for CCSI pursuing the China market-- with more than TWENTY MILLION+ new births
ANNUALLY and the central Govt. in Beijing already involved - anyone who doesn't see this as
a HUGE long-term potential profit generator should stick to money market funds or the mattress.
