Richard, If MGAU doesn't put some money into exploration they will loose their option on Galleon. There were time limits on the options. Hard to believe it is a coattail play. That would mean that one of the DD's would have to solve the mystery in the next 12 to 18 months.

Richard, Also don't forget that the head honcho for Galleon now sits on MGAU board and another Galleon biggy is an alternate board member. I think that they entered into this deal in good faith and they will be wanting to see MGAU investing in exploration of their property.
