Just too quiet here. Need some TA help.

As far as I can see the only other time in recent history that INTC traded here was 65 1/4 on 3/21/97. When I look at a weekly chart, I see a real clear head and shoulders with us sitting on a neckline. So then, what is the expectation? Does it hold above the neckline, or does it breakdown? My understanding of the H&S pattern is that you measure from the top of the head to the neckline, and if the neckline fails to hold, that's the potential drop. Ouch!

Or is Chicken Little running wild again?
