Komag (KMAG) 9 3/16 -7/16: disk drive components supplier says sees a Q2 charge of $35-$185 mln as company reduces its Malaysian workforce by 10%; projects a Q2 loss of about $58 mln on sales of $75-$85 mln.

Based on current shares outstanding, $58 mln figure would put loss at approx. $1.10 a share vs the $0.72 a share analysts were expecting the company to lose....
