While MDMI has not issued any SEC reports, they will do so in about two months. In the meantime, consider that Dana Verrill, CEO, is a tough, hard nosed administrator who has taken this once bankrupt (as late as June, 1997) company into the black. He has a proven track record of turning companies around, and you can see this is no exception. There is a very high morale at Masimo's. The future looks bright with new Java Centrale (coffee shops not unlike Starbucks) opening in California, and a network of distributors and retailers for their baked goods and mint candies in the southwest - and soon to go national. With strong, focused leadership, top quality products, and growing sales, you have a company with a bright and profitable future. You can contact Jeff Brommer for more details, but wait until he announces he is officially with MDMI - may be as soon as tomorrow. In the meantime, the buying has become hot and heavy and I see the half dollar mark in the next three or four trading days, and up from there in the future.
