Jim, this isn't the timeline for the first plant, is it? The website says 4 are planned for 1998. I would hope that timeline is for the 2nd or 3rd at least. Is Maverick Engineering the only contractor being used? After all, the website shows pictures of what I thought was the first plant being built. Can you say where you got the information? Thanks.
