"Mr. Pink has learned that...CCSI has failed in its attempt to find a distribution partner for its fictitious Bilirubin monitor..."

I hope CCSI counsel will very closely examine your blatantly false statement that it's FDA approved Bilirubin monitor product is "fictitious." Nor do I think you can successfully defend on grounds of "literary satire" given the clearly NON-literary motives behind your comment and the substantial pattern of prior hostile comments re: CCSI, other companies and persons.

Anyone too young to remember why lawyer Joseph Welch was reviled by the slanderous innuendos of the late, disgraced Senator Joseph McCarthy and rhetorically inquired: "Have you no decency, Sir? Have you no decency at all?"-- need only review comments by McPink & Co. to understand exactly what Welsh was talking about and why he found McCarthy and his ilk so disgusting and dangerous. A perverse irony that McCarthy himself was so fond of the word "pinko."
