Jim . . . I think working out the billing problems is already done; the NACN has been seeing this coming for some time, and the technology is within their grasp.

I still have a hard time believing I like the idea: I sell stuff - I wouldn't want a customer to pay, or a prospect to pay, to try and reach me. Can I be discriminatory, and have to maintain a list of people I don't want to pay? (Not a good idea for prospects I haven't put in the list!) Or will there be a message played to the caller ". . . if you wish to pay for this call, please . . ." to annoy them into never wanting to hear from me again.

As air-time charges are driven further and further down, and the economy continues to robustly supply us with larger incomes, most of us who use these for business are going to see our mobiles become less and less of a percentage of our expenses - and CPP eventually becomes a moot point for a large number of us.
