I do follow bollinger bands, but since the lower band is steeply down because of the downtrend, it provides almost no support. RSI is an oscillator and will be of little help in picking a bottom. RSI will provide a little bit of help in that trend of RSI (i.e. connect lows under RSI) will give advance warning that momentum is shifting. If you see RSI on an uptrend while price of COMS is still going down, it will tell you that COMS is approaching a major bottom. It will take awhile for the actual bottom to form, but RSI and other oscilators using this divergence theory will help get long term investors (i.e 4 to 6 months) close.
