TJS,

I response to your question, I can answer that neither I, nor any of my companies have sold a single share. In fact, I have recently bought 30,000 shares, and have been dollar cost averaging at these low prices. As for my Father, he will have to answer for himself.

TJS:

Ooops, forgot that as a possibility. Sell the kit and caboodle and cash out. OK.

**response from Joe Lanza**

TJS,

I see you that you never commented on your name. I have asked before and I will ask again, Truher, is that you? Lets take your absolutely stupid suggestion. $.30 to $.40 to $.50 cents, do you really think that any money will trickle to the shareholders? Wake up! How does Joe V and the others live? How do they keep getting salary increases if they give the shareholders all the money? Why do you think Joe V left? He was afraid he would not have his $18,000 a month, plus car, plus insurance, expenses, plus bonus. Hell, he might have already given himself a raise. Wake up! Do you think Dennis Casey would put everything on the line at the age of 62, if the ship was going down? Come on!
