Sonny,

On the FTC case - what I find interesting is what is being left out of these articles. In the DEC case and I believe the Intergraph case, both companies filed suit against INTeL®. INTeL® - after the fact - moved to cut off information to these companies.

An analogy would be for a country - like Canada, Britin, Mexico, France etc - attacked the US. The US responds in kind. Is the US in the wrong for defending itself? I would say not.

I agree with another article linked here that the FTC case against INTeL® is based on quicksand. The decision made by the Alabama court most likely will be reversed on appeal. Intergraph is not an INTeL® competitor and therefore not protected by anti-trust laws.

Regards,
dmg

Hi Sonny,

Thanks for the article. Maybe you can talk to your buddies out there and tell them to stop wasting my tax dollars on lawsuits and give me a bigger tax refund next year. <gg>

Most of my stocks are doing lousy lately. Believe it or not KO is about the only one behaving itself (barely). I would like to do more trading, but I just don't have the time to dedicate to it. My problem is I buy something then it goes south. My investing is just money I figure I spent - gone forever to be seen again. <gg> Kind of like gambling, never play more than you can afford to loose. If I win then great if not I guess I sit at the table until I get so loaded I fall off the chair or eventually come out ahead. Really now, I'm not a lush. Maybe I should take up heavy drinking my attitude could only improve. <GGG> Then again life would be extremely boring if everything went right all the time wouldn't it.

I also saw an article about Intel warning about second quarter. I am really beginning to think TK may be right, as much as I hate to admit I was wrong. You know how much I hate to admit that, don't you. :)))

At the rate the market is going lately I'll be a grandmother before the DOW reaches 15K.

You have a nice night!!

Take Care

Ann
