Well the company is doing two things:

Dan Fisher is out talking to major corporations about deals for DF-144. He is not and cannot worry about the stock. His has good intentions to say the least and only wants to do what is right to help out the shareholders and the mess that is happening with the stock. Now Dan inherited this stock structure for the purpose to raise capital to build plants and get this stock up and running. Over past few weeks you can clearly see he has our interest at heart. However Dan has got to keep going with the deals he is in which is exactly what he should be doing.

John Spriggs on the other hand is busy getting the first plant engineered and built. Focusing on this aspect of the company he is right on schedule or even a bit ahead getting this feat accomplished. He also does not have the time to be worrying about the stock. John is the second leg of the equation. Where Dan is talking to Presidents and CEOs John is talking technical jargon to the engineers that are calling.

They are a team and they have SEC attorneys advising them because they really do not know stocks. Hey they are like a lot of people here. They are doing all they can to get the DF-144 on the market which is there greatest concern.

SOme point of interest here:

1.) They both are trying desparately to do what is in the best interest of the shareholders
2.) They wanted us to have a dividend (they may get shares also I dunno) which is extremely unusual for an OTC.
3.) Not understanding the dividend vs the split they decided that a split was better than a dividend since there was no tax burden to the shareholders. (After they discovered what they wanted could not be accomplished easily and woud cost the shareholders money.
4.) They reduced the exercise price of the warrants hoping investors would want to exercise them for the main purpose to take the money and build the plants. Of cousre investor greed stepped in there. This also serves another purpose and that is to increase the 2.5M Float so it would not be so volitile. A large float but it would be held by investors.
5.) Like a lot of people new to a public compay their good intentions and time restrains for and in meetings has cause a bit of confusion in the market place.
6.) They are going to get the plants built one way or another. If the shareholders want to help. The past month they have been defining themselves as best they can. The news releases alone should tell everyone that.

Now the bottomline is the warrants. They have to be bought and exercised (or to get gym as Ray would say).

I could be wrong.
