Good finds, do you feel the photonic sensor techniques they talk about can be provided for by the probe or will it require other specialized equipment.

I have often wondered what military application the probe might be put to. I also wonder why NASA would pass the technology to private enterprise when it would appear to have such significant military use?? Would be interested to get your view.
